Most orders are delivered in 3–7 working days. Remote locations may take longer.
During sales, please allow 8–12 business days after a refund is issued for it to appear on your issuing bank statement.

Typically, you will receive an Email within 1 hour of placing the order. In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for an order confirmation Email to arrive because orders are passed through fraud and ID security checks after the order is placed.

We ship internationally. Orders outside North America may take longer to arrive due to extended shipping times.

We accept returns on all full-priced items. Orders or items purchased using a discount or promotional code are eligible for exchange only and are not refundable. Please allow 3–5 business days after a refund has been issued for it to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Pre-order products are available to purchase before they are ready to ship. Payment is collected at checkout. Please allow up to 2 months for delivery unless a product page states otherwise.

Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or transit timing. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the items may ship together when the pre-order item is ready. We will contact you if timing changes.
