Orders over $299 CAD ship free within North America, including Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days. Remote locations may take longer.

During sales and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Order confirmation emails usually arrive within 1 hour of purchase. In some cases, confirmation can take up to 24 hours while the order passes through fraud and ID security checks.

Someone at the shipping address must sign for the order. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

We ship internationally. Orders outside North America may take longer to arrive due to extended shipping times.

We do not ship to the Middle East or Asia through this store. Please visit bodchristensen.co.il for orders from those locations.

We accept returns on all full-priced items. Orders or items purchased using a discount or promotional code are eligible for exchange only and are not refundable.

Please allow 3-5 business days after a refund has been issued for it to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Pre-order products are available to purchase before they are ready to ship. Payment is collected at checkout. Please allow up to 2 months for delivery unless a product page states otherwise.

Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or transit timing. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the items may ship together when the pre-order item is ready. We will contact you if timing changes.
