Orders & Shipping
How much do you charge for shipping?
Orders over $299 CAD ship free within North America, including Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 3-7 working days. Remote locations may take longer.
During sales and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Order confirmation emails usually arrive within 1 hour. In some cases, fraud and ID checks can delay confirmation for up to 24 hours.
Is a signature required?
Yes. Someone at the shipping address must sign for the order. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Can I change my shipping address after dispatch?
We currently do not reroute orders once they are in transit.
How does pre-order work?
Pre-order products are available to purchase before they are ready to ship. Payment is collected at checkout.
Please allow up to 2 months for delivery unless a product page states otherwise. Delivery dates are estimates and may change due to production or transit timing.
What if an item becomes unavailable?
If an item becomes unavailable, we will email you with details about the affected item.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Canada, including to the United States and other international destinations, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover or reimburse duties and taxes.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Full-priced items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with tags included.
Sale items are final sale. Orders or items purchased with a discount or promotional code are eligible for exchange only and are not refundable.
Do you cover return shipping?
No. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible after your package is received. Please allow 3-5 business days after the refund is issued for it to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Exchanges
We allow one exchange per item within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you receive an exchanged product and are still not satisfied with the fit, size, or color, you may be eligible for a return or refund as long as the request remains within the 30-day return window.
